At Reflect Health, healing is not something we do to people. It’s something we do with them.
Our team is made up of experienced, compassionate clinicians who bring their whole selves into the work: their training, yes, but also their empathy, integrity, and deep respect for every person’s journey.
We come from diverse backgrounds of psychiatry, psychology, general practitioners, nurse practitioners, family therapy, couples counselling, somatic and trauma-informed modalities. Yet we are united by a shared purpose: to walk alongside people as they find their way back to themselves.
Each member of our team brings a unique lens and a heartfelt commitment to creating spaces where it’s safe to be human. We believe that connection heals, and that no one should have to navigate life’s hardest moments alone. Through collaboration, curiosity, and care, we support one another as clinicians, and we support our clients to move from surviving to living more fully.
Below, you’ll find a glimpse into who we are, not just what we do, but what matters to us, and how we show up.
