Hi there, my name is Charlotte and I have worked for Reflect Health from 2020. I work remotely as I am based in Melbourne. I work in the care team and also take charge of billing.

The Care Team is a small group of wonderful individuals who all play a vital role in making the clinic so great. I am very lucky to be part of this team and work along such helpful, caring and kind people. I love being able to help our clients get the support they have been seeking and point them in the right direction of the experts. I love being able to support people through their most vulnerable times in life and help them feel seen and heard. The care team is the face of the company as that is the initial contact the patient has, and I always want to ensure that they have come to the right place and will be looked after all the way through the process from start to finish. The most rewarding part of my job is when clients know you by your name and tell you how thankful they are of you and the work you do, as you have continued to help them over the weeks, months or years and you can see how much their life has improved. This part is the best!
