When you start with us, we’ll have a thorough and caring conversation to understand your concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve. You may find that one of our experienced Nurse Practitioners assists with your initial assessment, which helps make your sessions with the psychiatrist even more effective and economical. We’ll look at all aspects of your mental health. If it’s right for you, we might discuss medication as a way to help with symptoms and support your healing journey. We’ll always explain everything clearly, so you can make informed choices about your care.
We welcome patients aged 16 to 75. You can choose to have your appointments online (telehealth) from your own space, or in-person at our clinic, whatever works best for you. Our goal is to partner with you, offering ongoing support and adjusting your care as needed to help you move towards better mental well-being.
