As a Practice Manager, my heart is truly in creating a nurturing and effective space where the Care Team can feel supported and thrive to help our clients and clinicians. I believe that at the core of excellent mental healthcare are the individuals we serve, and I’m deeply passionate about ensuring every client feels genuinely seen and cared for. This people-centered approach guides every decision I make, recognizing that our ultimate purpose is to provide an environment of healing and growth.
My focus on people naturally extends to empowering our incredible Care Team. I find immense satisfaction in bridging the gap between compassionate service and practical, effective solutions. By streamlining operations, implementing intelligent systems, and continuously refining our processes, I aim to equip our Care Team with the tools and support they need to excel. This means they are freed to personally connect with those who need help the most, spending less time on administration and more time providing vital, human support. It’s incredibly rewarding to facilitate an environment where both our clients and our team can flourish.
Beyond the clinic, my work isn’t just a job- it’s a huge and fulfilling part of my life. My friends and teammates describe me as someone who brings a playful, lighthearted energy to any situation, always curious and ready for a challenge, whether it’s exploring nature’s beauty or resolving a Medicare billing issue. I’m present, inquisitive, and I strive to cultivate an open, positive environment where joy and growth are abundant. It’s a privilege to contribute to a clinic that truly makes a difference.

We have calcium in our bones, iron in our veins,
carbon in our souls, and nitrogen in our brains.
93 percent stardust, with souls made of flames,
we are all just stars that have people names.
