Sandra Burnett

Clinical Psychologist

As a clinical psychologist, I’m dedicated to supporting survivors of trauma to thrive.

I aim to assist you in your journey by helping you work with your mind and body to understand and grow through painful and traumatic experiences, understand anxiety and strengthen your connectedness with self.

My approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapies to create personalized treatment plans. I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Schema Therapy, DBT, ACT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Hypnosis, Mindfulness-Based Practices, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, CBT-E, and CBT-TF. These skills combined with an interest in neuroscience and some training in Integrated Psychiatry, I work towards a biopsychosocial approach.

My style is personable and friendly, with the clear expectation that clients already have the skills they need within them, its our role to work together to uncover this wisdom. I bring humor, professionalism, and responsiveness to my practice, and I look forward to working together.
