ACCEPTING REFERRALS

We accept referrals in all sorts of format. If that helps, we’ve a downloadable referral form as well. This can then be sent by :

  • Email to admin@reflecthealth.com.au
  • Fax to 0386790304
  • Call our admin staff on 0390147751
  • Provide it to the patient and they can upload it our website or scan and email it to us.

 

Clinic updates

  1. Script requests will require an appointment. Head to the Online Booking page to book an appointment your psychiatrist, GP or nurse practitioner.
  2. Our psychiatrists are currently not accepting new ADHD referrals.
  3. Our General Adult Psychiatrists are currently accepting (non ADHD/ASD) referrals.
  4. Our GPs, Psychologists, Family Counsellors, and Couple Counsellors are currently accepting referrals.
