Tom Rosser

As a psychologist, my goal is to help you to understand your problem, where it came from, what keeps it going, and then work out “what are we going to do about it?”. I aim to help my clients be able to make themselves feel good, even when their situations might not be.
My style is warm and friendly, but I will also give you a push if it’s needed. I understand how important it is to be able to trust, communicate (and most importantly laugh) with your psychologist.
My passion is for helping clients overcome past trauma. I have experience working with a range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, and more. My psychological approach is eclectic. I have specialised training in trauma treatment using EMDR, training in DBT for clients with BPD, and I also use CBT and ACT in my therapy. I enjoy and have experience working with neurodiversity and I ensure that my practice is both queer-affirming and culturally sensitive.
