Sujata Khatri

Nurse Practitioner

Sujata is a Nurse Practitioner, Credentialed Mental Health Nurse, and Psychotherapist at Reflect Health.

She has over 15 years of clinical experience working with adults across public and private mental health and drug and alcohol settings. Her practice is firmly grounded in evidence-based care, with special interest in ADHD, autism, major depressive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), alongside a strong interest in innovation and novel treatments in mental health.

Sujata also provides specialist support with antidepressant deprescribing and hyperbolic tapering, particularly for clients who have been stable wishing to gradually and safely reduce or cease treatment. She also assists individuals switching between medications, as well as those undertaking medication-assisted therapies that require an antidepressant washout period prior to commencement.

She is recognised for a thoughtful, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach, integrating advanced clinical practice to deliver highly personalised care tailored to each individual’s goals and circumstances.
