Sujata Khatri

Psychotherapist & Nurse Practitioner

Sujata is a Psychotherapist, Nurse Practitioner and Credentialed Mental Health Nurse at Reflect Health.

Sujata is a highly skilled psychotherapist who takes a holistic, mind–body approach to therapy. Her work recognises how habitual thought patterns can narrow perspectives and disconnect individuals from the body’s innate intelligence. Through a gentle and attuned therapeutic process, she supports clients to bring unconscious material into conscious awareness, fostering mindfulness, self-compassion, insight, and meaningful transformation.

She supports individuals working through attachment and relationship difficulties, grief and loss, childhood and developmental trauma, and those seeking personal growth and deeper self-understanding to live more fulfilling and authentic lives.

Central to Sujata’s work is her calm, warm, and compassionate presence, shaped by many years of personal mindfulness and meditation practice. This allows her to create a safe, attuned, and deeply empathic therapeutic space where clients feel supported to explore at their own pace. Sujata has extensive training in Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Medication-Assisted Psychotherapy, and works from an Internal Family Systems (IFS)–informed perspective.
