Sian Pritchard
Sian is a Nurse Practitioner who specialises in psychiatry and addiction. She trained as a Registered Nurse in Wales before emigrating to Australia in 1989. Sian has over 40 years of experience in the nursing profession, initially working as a general nurse across surgical, orthopedics, oncology, and emergency nursing.

Her professional practice stems from a long-held belief that everyone has the capacity to heal when they have the right support. She uses a collaborative approach to care that includes professionals, family and friends to ensure that recovery works with the wider network of people that are involved.
As a strong voice within the nursing community, she has been instrumental in pushing for much-needed change and recognition at local and government level.
Sian is able to provide clinical care and treatment for people over the age of twelve. This includes psychiatric and drug and alcohol assessments supported by treatment options and therapeutic interventions with the option of individual or family counselling.
She has a warm heart and an easy smile and has a strong track record of making a real and lasting difference to her client’s lives.
Sian is a Fellow of the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners and the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses and is a member of the Australian Primary Healthcare Nurses Association and Drug and Alcohol Nurses of Australasia.
