Dr Kripa Chakravarthy is a qualified psychiatrist since 2013. Having worked in the United Kingdom and Australia, Dr Chakravarthy has vast experience in treating variety of psychiatric illness in both rural and urban settings.

His expertise includes treating acute psychiatric disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, anxiety spectrum disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, mental illness in chronic physical health conditions, dementia and neuropsychiatric conditions such as Parkinson’s, epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis and brain injuries.

Having completed primary medial degree in India in 2002, Dr Chakravarthy moved to United Kingdom to pursue higher studies in Psychiatry.   His postgraduate training in Psychiatry was in Yorkshire region and he was awarded Membership in Royal College of Psychiatry in 2009.  He completed Specialist Training in Adult Psychiatry with endorsement in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry in 2013.    He moved to Australian and completed his fellowship in 2021.

He is a member of Royal College of Psychiatrists UK and fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand college of Psychiatrists.  He has been involved in research and is a published author in research journals.
