We are in unchartered territory, a once in a 100-year event, and we have no idea where this will lead us.  Our sincere thoughts are with everyone who have been affected by this. It is a time for all of us to be prepared, yet be level-headed and focused on what we can do to protect ourselves, our staff, our patients and their carers, our communities, and our country. It is a time we are all tested and especially during this panic inducing time, it is more important that we show kindness to each other and bring out “the human being” that’s inside of us.

Reflect Health has been quite fortunate to be in a position to provide telehealth and telephone consultation during this tough times.  Our biggest priority during this time is the health and safety of our staff and patients. We follow the health and travel advice issued by the Australian Government.

We have decided to stop all home visits and face to face reviews for the time being and that includes not just patient reviews but staff meetings as well. Following discussion with our team, we will continue our service as usual over the phone and video.

However we don’t see this as step back in providing ongoing care, hence we have planned to increase our working hours to help out those in need of mental health support during this difficult times.

Not only that, we have decided to BULK BILL all consultations where a rebate is available for you until we are able to resume “business as usual”.  Our team are quite generous and we want to make it that one thing less to worry about. Thank you fore reading and please look after yourself.
